Magnificent location close to the city center, very amiable staff, everything was good. Location: the hotel was close enough to coffee shop, Prem Mandir and the delicious food, and all famous temples. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Priyakant ju Mandir.

Loved our romantic getaway at this hotel! Best aspects were the delicious food - both at the restaurant and coffee shop - and the courteous and helpful staff. Plus, the bed was so comfortable - made for a great night's sleep! And the location was perfect for exploring the sights and sounds of the area.

On the other hand, the worst aspects were the linen in the room - it seemed like they were not washing the bedding properly. We had to request a room change due to stained sheets and pillow covers, and even the new room had dirty bedding.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being very close to prominent temples of this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.

During my Xmas stay, some of the things that stood out were the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service offered. the hotel's close proximity to the main attraction was fantastic as it made sightseeing an absolute breeze. the rooms were spacious and well lit.

There were some negative aspects of the stay. the condition of the bathroom was unsatisfactory, and the room was inadequately cleaned.

The poolside area was also incredibly inviting and added to the overall ambiance of the property. Despite being overbooked, the resort staff managed the situation effectively, ensuring a hassle-free day for all guests. This level of organization and attentiveness was truly commendable.

The location of this hotel was excellent for exploring Vrindavan and Mathura. It was also one of the best in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The staff provided good service and the basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory.

The hotel could improve the condition of the walls, as some had noticeable patch marks on them.
